The name is the whole idea. "Full House" means every pipe, faucet, and fixture under your roof is our responsibility — the water heater in the garage, the drain under the kitchen sink, the hose bib out back, the supply lines you never see. Most homeowners end up calling one company for the heater, another for the drain, and a handyman for the faucet. We started this company so you could stop doing that.

Our approach is simple and a little old-fashioned: we explain what we find in plain language, we put the price in front of you before any work starts, and we work tidy. If there's a cheaper way to solve your problem, we'll tell you — even when it means a smaller job for us. We'd rather earn the second call than oversell the first one.

We're a First Coast business, and the plumbing here is genuinely its own animal. Jacksonville's water comes up from the Floridan aquifer loaded with minerals, so scale quietly shortens the life of water heaters and clogs faucet aerators from JEA territory to the Clay County lines. Riverside, Avondale, San Marco, and Springfield still run on original cast iron drains from before 1970; out at the Beaches, salt air eats outdoor fixtures years ahead of schedule; and nearly everything sits on a slab, which is where the region's sneakiest leaks like to hide. We're a new company and we won't pretend otherwise — what we bring isn't a wall of plaques, it's craft, straight answers, and local knowledge you can check for yourself.
